Sweet Potato Casserole

- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk

Mix and put in baking dish. Use mixer to beat. Strings will cling to mixers. Mixture will be smooth.

Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Mix and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 350.
